ACE 2024(AWWA 'S 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & EXPO)

The ACE exhibition, hosted by the American Water Association (AWWA), is the oldest and most professional exhibition in the local water industry in the United States. It has been 143 years since the first exhibition was held in St. Louis, Missouri in 1881. The exhibits of the conference include almost all products used in the water industry.

High temperature flow Transducer

ADW high temperature flow sensor is a liquid medium ultrasonic transducer, made of high pressure-resistant stainless steel, ceramic and other materials, with a highly sealed design, which can be in direct contact with liquid; at the same time, it avoids the problem of unstable pressure and heat resistance, making the product performance more stable, reducing the interference of environmental factors on the output and receiving signals of the product, and effectively improving the response sensitivity of the product. Flow Pipe For Water Meter

ADW's self-developed Flow pipe for water meter is a plastic pipe section specially designed for ultrasonic water meters. The product can measure the forward and reverse flow rates of water through the built-in ultrasonic sensor to obtain the flow rate, which is used as the data basis for ultrasonic water meter measurement. There are no other moving parts inside the pipe section, no eddy currents are generated, and the measurement accuracy is high.

Piezoelectric Jetting valve

The piezoelectric jetting valve is a dispensing component used for precise control of fluids such as adhesives, paints, and inks. When the core actuator inside is energized, it deforms due to the inverse piezoelectric effect, thereby pushing the internal piston or diaphragm to achieve precise control of the fluid. The product eliminates Z-axis movement, can prevent the needle from colliding with the workpiece, and effectively improves production efficiency and yield rate.

Ultrasonic motor

Ultrasonic motors are mainly composed of stator piezoelectric ceramics and rotor friction materials. The reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics is used to make the particles on the stator surface produce elliptical vibrations in the ultrasonic frequency domain, and the rotor is driven to rotate through the contact friction between the rotor and the stator. Micro Piezo Air Pump

This is a new generation of micro piezo air pump that integrates ultrasonic frequency band, large flow output and high pressure load. The micro piezo air pump consists of piezoelectric vibrator, pump valve and pump body, without motor and rotating parts. The piezoelectric vibrator is its power source. Under the AC drive, the piezoelectric vibrator shortens or elongates radially under the action of the electric field, and drives the elastic substrate to bend and deform, thereby changing the volume of the pump cavity, thus forming a smooth and continuous directional flow of gas.

Ultrasonic underwater sensor
