ADW to Showcase Lead-Free Flow Sensor at SENSOR+TEST 2026 in Germany, Driving the Future of Sustainable Liquid Measurement

2026.05.25

From June 9 to 11, 2026, ADW will present its independently developed lead-free flow sensor at SENSOR+TEST 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany — one of the world’s leading exhibitions for sensing, measurement, and testing technologies. As a provider of advanced intelligent sensing solutions, ADW will demonstrate its latest environmentally friendly flow sensing technology at Booth 1-521.

Environmentally Advanced: Proprietary Lead-Free Piezoelectric Ceramic Materials

In response to increasingly stringent global environmental regulations, ADW has successfully developed a new generation of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials. By completely eliminating lead from conventional piezoelectric ceramics, the new sensor technology complies with the latest international environmental standards and supports customer product compliance in the European Union and other environmentally regulated markets.

High-Precision Sensing with 2 MHz Ultrasonic Measurement Technology

Operating at a frequency of 2 MHz, the sensor utilizes ultrasonic transit-time measurement technology to achieve highly accurate flow measurement of water and other low-viscosity liquids.

The high-frequency ultrasonic signal provides exceptional resolution and long-term measurement stability. Even under extremely low-flow conditions, the sensor maintains highly sensitive and reliable detection performance.

Robust and Durable: Long-Term Pressure Resistance up to 2.5 MPa

Designed for both industrial and residential pressurized liquid environments, the ADW lead-free flow sensor features a robust mechanical structure capable of withstanding continuous water pressure up to 2.5 MPa.

This enables stable long-term operation in applications such as:

  • Water heaters

  • Heat pumps

  • Smart water meters

  • Industrial cooling systems

The durable design helps extend product lifespan while reducing maintenance costs.
